Is there a 'guest blogger' feature here?

Yeah, do we have a guest blogger feature here?  I would love to invite a few maharathis to write a guest blog  on my blog. That should bring in a some traffic and plenty of good will.

I can't pay as of now but I think a 250-300 word post will do the trick, what say you all?
