Design/Background to a blog
Hi fellow bloggers,
I am new in this blogging world and have a simple blog set up so far on blogspot. Now I has just used power point (am i sounding ancient?) to make a simple collage of photos and uploaded them to my blog with some default backgrounds.
I see blogs designed so stylishly and am wondering how can I get my blog to look more attractive. I have no techhie knowledge and would prefer to use some free, downloadable, easy to use software.
Please help!
I also have a few other questions about RSS feeds (what are they?), why does one need to have a facebook page and a blog and others, but I can wait on those.

So are you saying that I need to have a new facebook page besides my own personal one? And this page will be under what category? e.g. company, brand name, etc.
RSS is something I still dont understand so thanks for the link I will look it up.
any other suggestions are welcome.
(1) yes, a page for your webpage too.
(2) category: brand or product->website -This caters the most cases
