Natural Resource exploitation Debate

The private exploitation of natural resources have created Mafia in various segments starting with Sand, Stone, Coal, Water, Minerals etc.  The govt has to reign in and ensure all natural resources are systematically exploited and not indiscriminately as prevailing currently.  Further these exploitation is generally cartelised leading to dangerous consequence for example sand for construction in Blore in 2005 was costing 4000 per truck load today the price is jacked up to Rs 24000, and that too blended with filtered sand which makes the quality of construction inferior.  This business is totally gooda raj
