IQ level of people holding responsible offices in India

When I saw that video I was just not able to believe that it could be true. Can you believe that a former Income Tax officer knows more than what a 3-year old child knows about 'Cloud Computing'?

I know I am too late in knowing about this but cannot just believe why such an intelligent man was till now not available to the Googles or the Facebooks of the world!!

I know - you (who knw what I am talking about) must be wondering what is wrong with me. Actually, since I saw this video where our former IT commissioner takes everybody on a do-you-know-in-amreeka-blah-blah-blah ride without having a slightest clue about which 'cloud' he was on during this whole time. 

But seriously, if this is the quality of people running such important offices, I am worried for sure!
