hey Gulpa, you can go to http://www.gravatar.com and register there with the same email id that you are registered with IndiBlogger and upload your picture there.
PS: Since you are new here, search the forum for any issues you face and I am sure you will get all answers right here. Refere to FAQs and some answers are there itself.
