Wrong detection of google pagerank, by indicrawler. Problems n remedy
We see failure of crawler in detecting GPR. Of many sites, All detecting big 0, but in reality it's 3, 2 , 4, 1, etc. Sufferered set back in indiranks as a result. Friends , thoughts on remedies to correct the issue.
Remedy lies with the Inditeam. We can do nothing except bring this to their notice.
Yes DS, it has to be brought to their notice.
I saw Leo, Tamil , & Uma , all suffering rank downgrade due to wrong google page rank detection.
Yup, I saw that too. Hope Renie also sees it.
I have told them to mail him. Uma has done so already.
Yes DS, there are many indies who donot check why it's gone down , like me, they can recheck their stats and get an increase .

I got downgraded last month itself. While it was expected for my Wordpress blog which I privatized now that I'm more on Blogspot, I tht it was some issue on my side last time. But I maintained posting speed, and also bloghopped a lot to get my Alexa rising and PR constant. So I was expecting to return to the 75s this time. I was quite shocked and sad to still see my Pagerank being shown zero :(

The issue is fixed. My blog's GPR has been updated from 0 to 2 and indirank has jumped to 68.
I guess everyone else's problem is also solved now.

i just checked mine seeing all d happy faces, my marriagebook site is showing 0 google page rank but it has gpr 1, I too have to complain,
so,thats why it came down by a few places.
Even I realised it after seeing other people's complaints :P

I hadn't realized, mymusings site detection was ok at gpr 1, so i didn't bother to look down, but it is showing 0, i think i may get my old place back,

Hey, even with my blog, this problem is coming. Google Page Rank detected is 0 which is so not true :p
Contact inditeam at the earliest.
