Anybody knows how to update Thumbnail image

Anybody knows how to update Thumbnail image of blog in Indiblogger.

My blog Btips thumnail is outdated and ugly,most probably 1 year old.

My current theme is Great looking.

So I want to update the theme.

Does any body knows here how to update the thumbnail image of my blog?
