Where has Fiat gone with all the prizes?

I believe 50 k worth of diesel should be apt, since they are promoting Diesel vehicle, we should check with Indi blogger co-ordinates, Renie or Vineet would be right person to throw some light on this query Arvind

@ Arti They are giving away free fuel and not  a car. You may have to build a car with a part of the diesel that you might win and use the remaining to fuel your car. :-)

What will the winner do if smeone invents a mechanism by which water can be used to fuel the car? :-)
