SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) has come up with a noble initiative to address the complaints. It has launched a site called http://scores.gov.in/ which will help the investors to post their grievances.

SEBI takes up complaints like, issue, transfer, non-payment of dividend, registered intermediaries registered with it and other related issues with regard to listed companies.
