The blog has a nice layout and provides valuable info. I'm not an expert in blogs but I would suggest you to relook and change the labels below the blog.
Can you tell me how you have created the menus such as 'Home', 'Elearn', 'WOfblog', etc.? I have been trying to create this in my blog (created usign blogger) but not able to do so.
Please advsie how I can do this.
Any tips on how to incorporate google ad sense would also be helpful.
Overall I should say your site is pretty interesting and highly informative.
