You have a good blog with an appealing design.

Here are a few suggesstions:

The live traffic feed isn't required. The skyscraper like design looks ugly and the colours too don't match your blog.
Add e mail subscriptions widget so that your blog readers can stay in touch with your blog
Decrease the number of posts being shown on the home page
