Suggestions -
The big bull picture will divert the mind of a visitor and the real message is lost. Reduce the picture and mention about the blog in the begining
Reduce the size of the ads as it is shadowing your content.

I agree with Ishita in that the bull is kinda glaring... Furthermore i feel the color of the math signs around your posts are too bright and hence distract the reader from your content.
