Good blog over there. Here are a few suggestions:
- Move the flash animation to the sidebar.
- The Google serach gadget is meant to help your users search for information. It makes no sense in placing it at the bottom. Move it to teh top.
- The date and time gadget takes time to load and it isn't really required. You may remove it.
