Your blog looks good and the font and the font size used makes it easily readable. Change the background into some pattern or design rather than the images of teh cloud. Some Flickr error is being generated. Look into it. You have inserted too many social buttons on your left sidebar. Instead, concentrate on two or three like facebook, twitter, stumble upon.... The wibiya toolbar is increasing the load time of your blog. I think that it is not necessary.

sure bro... am checking into it.... and i think in blogger if we again change the template it can spoil the whole blog... so, am in a dilema to change it or not :|
