Hey, great blog.
Though one advice, i personally find your blog too conjusted. There is a lot of matter in a single page and at times it turns off the readers. Initially even my blog was like that, but when I realised it was affecting my readership, i shifted designs. Try thinking on that.

And ohh. Try changing the FONT. I kinda find it un-impressive and try increasing your font size too ! And probably a better template too. Nothing wrong with the present ont but you cud go in for a cooler template.
