A few suggestions though -

• The date next to the post topic is getting cut, is it?
• You could consider adding archives section in the sidebar..

Rest is fine, just keep blogging :)

Break points meaning limiting the content on the home page. You will have a 'Read More' link that redirects to the Full Blog post.

You have a beautiful and neat template out there! And your content is very berry good! but maybe you would want to keep the subscription tab at the top of your sidebar and one post on homepage(mostly the recent post) makes the page take less time to load and gives each post good amount of attention. Loved your content!
