I write on Spirituality, Children, Social Issues, Humanity, Women Rights, Human rights, Leadership. My passion is to share my thoughts and emotions through writing on Social and Management issues. I aspire to integrate Social Change with Organizational Change as a prime leadership intervention in the 21st century. My articles are based on issues from the daily life which I believe are a guide to corporate life.

Good blog. Well written posts. Liked your thoughts and soothing words.
But your selection of colours (white fonts on black page) took away much of the reading pleasure. I had to highlight the text to reduce the strain on my eyes. Otherwise full credit to you. Keep blogging

Barkha Dutt and now BarkhaDhar,,..You are sure an awesome writer..Lot of interesting topics to ponder on..But I too felt what Rajuda said is true.Too much of strain to the eyes. Why dont you try a new theme and see if you like it?

hey I love the content. Just one point - reading white print on black is tough, esp with the font you have chosen for the blog. It wud be great if you cound increase the font size by one point and change the font

& i would like to go with anuradha khanna 's point....just try out good templates so that your blog will be rocking always !!
