Looking for feedback on my blog - Humor/Sarcasm

Pretty new here and I've been blogging on my company forum for a while now so I thought I might share my writing with the rest of the world.
My writing involves some office humor and other general material and I'd like to hear what you think about it. Do let me know where/what I can change and improve not just the content, but the look and feel as well.

Your blog template is nice. The content is fantastic and your writing style is entertaining. BUt I don't get why you have kept a sticky post on your home page. You can make a separate 'about' page for it.

Also, I get your point about the sticky post. I was just trying to figure out a way to give people a brief intro about the blog before they read the content. Not quite sure how to do this apart from a sticky post right now. Any ideas?
