The stuff is good. Simple.... practical and inspirational. You can think of moving the labels section upwards. That will make navigation easier.

This is a really good work. Each post has a lot of value in them, though they are very short.
One honest thought is that it has been an overdose of ads on the blog, they dominate the content. A reader like me would not appreciate it.
Also, the colors of text that you use for the blog post, they often aren't going with the background color i.e. black.
On the surface that is all I can say. Will surely give in more to make your blog look super awesome.
And once again, the content is super. I love it. What ever I said, It is purely for the fact that more readers must be exposed to such content.
