Plz review 'Laments of a Wimp'

I am new to indiblogger. I have just completed a 100 posts in my blog. It mostly contains true events in my life. I am a 23 yr old who just completed his mbbs. I am currenly preparing for my pg entrance exam so that i can specialize. I want to improve my blog and also increase the number of people who read it. So can someone review my blog and tell me what to change ? Thank You.
