Just browsed over your blog. First of all, a blog, especially a personal one, should be what you want it to portray about yourself, so the reviews will be subjective, please keep this in mind as you read further:-)

You do seem to love writing, and it definitely shows there too, keep it up (award shaward etc:-)!

One suggestion is to tone down the page background image to a lighter one. You can probably keep the same image, but dull it down. One reason is because it takes reader's attention away from the blog posts themselves which is what you want in the first place right?

Just a suggestion, and no I am no expert:-)
