1. The fact that you update the blog so often is simply awesome. Its a niche site, and You should be doing well soon!
2. A dark theme usually looks good for photo folios, and not for news websites. Try changing to a brighter theme.
3. Create an About me and Contact page.
4. Mention sources for the accolades.
5. Use facebook to drive more visitors. You can provide updates there as well.
6. Try using lesser colors on the blogs. Each box has a different color text :)
