Hi Niveditha, 

1. Nice theme. Continue with it. 

2. You need to update the links on the top. They are dead (most of them). 

3. Include an About me :) 

4. Give links to your social networking sites like twitter etc if u are there. 

5. You blog often which is good. :) 

6. You might want to remove the Log In link on the top. Not relevant,
