your blog has some nice content, but here are some ways of improving it...
its too messed up with different misaligned headings with different size, formatting etc.
its always better to have your latets post on top rather than listing your popular posts... tyring putting that in the sidebar...
do you really need a listing of top posts from last year and last month?
