Get rid of that calc widget and the yellow scrolling welcome message is awful, the rest we can live with.

your content is good, maybe a little long.. cut down on that.. i cant comment much, because majority is in hindi..

add a read more option to the posts..

tag your posts. insert a "tag cloud". it is easy to navigate for the readers.

the "quotes" and "chat" widget is unnecessary.

the yellow tickr and the welcome msg should go too.. oh yes even the calculator.. no one needs that while reading a blog..

shift rss subscription, e-mail subscription and search tab to the top.

add a picture for the twitter updates.. otherwise it is just occupying too much space.

otherwise the template is good.. just unclutter things a bit.. dont use too many fonts and colours at once, it is distracting..

anyways keep writing.. you have a lot of scope..
