Your personal blog good, over all theme is very good, your contents are also good but i feel you post are too long make them short so more post can be seen on front page, you can try some thing like"read more", any way this are only my thoughts.

I like the colour combination. Goes very well with the Indiblog badge.

Having a resume attched to you blog is cool! Great use of twitter - though did not understand what "LinkedIn has unliked me" means. Was there a violation of the terms and conditions? Only one recomendation - use more pictures. I think pictures make blog more attractive.

Frankly speaking Shakti, I thought that urs will be a tech blog (I don't have anything personal about tech blogs. just that they go above my head). But urs was more personal than tech. In fact u write many of the same topics that force me to blog. 

One thing I want to ask. How many headhunters call you daily on the basis of that project section you have on your blog? My guess is around 4-5 every day, right?

now the feedback.

I liked your blog. only that you can use some more tags to get increased visibility. Also if you can bring sections like "top of my thoughts" and other sections that lead to your blog on the top. Later on you can have the banners and blogroll etc. Also I wud advise a blog layout where the web navigation is at the right or left, rather than the bottom as you have it now.

About the Headhunters : Yes about 4 - 5 of them mail me on good days . I stringly believe that creating a Brand Shakthi and marketing it with motivation will help me to progress continously in life and it has worked so far .

Your language is too good. I guess the small pictures in the middle of the running content is too sticky with the words. Iam also very new to blogging but still its my opinion.
