your blog surely has very good content but it looks very messy.
the widgets are not aligned straight
your font is changing and there is no fixed standard. The main title font is smaller than the subtitle font, which is weird.
Maybe if you make your blog a bit more structured, i am very sure you will appeal to a much wider audience. People may be running away from it simply because it is not very ease to navigate through.

much better, but i would still suggest that you remove irrelevant widgets.
in the free tip nifty options your using different font types which dosent look good. Dont put ads right in the centre of the post. Especially big ones like the bajaj allianz one. You seem desperate. Allow only small ones to come on top of posts and big ones to come on the side bar.
Although you have a two column side bar, many of your widgets are still a little uneven. Just observe your side bar. You have one hug image, followed by two smaller ones then you have other two widgets but they are not in line with the previous images and this goes on right till the bottom. Either keep one column or try adjusting each image to the sidebar width

the side bar is so much better and organised. Very refreshing!
I can still see variations in the font used in your posts. Your first post has something different, your third one is using another font and the second post is an amalgamation of the first and third ?! Perhaps if your copy-pasting your info from the web, you might be facing this problem. Try not to do that.
We have changed a lot over time and have been adding regular content.
