your grammar needs to be improved big time if you want to attract more visitors.

your site needs something unique and exceptional if you want to make it more attractive. There are hordes of blogs offering philosophical advice. You have to be interesting and unique if people are to like it.

Your posts also need to come more often. Once in a month postings wont be enough

Your philosophy is good, but I agree with Aditya that your grammar is atrocious. Great bodies need great clothes to look good, and great ideas need good grammar to be appealing.

Also I suggest that you put more widgets on your blog. Work on the looks I say!
