Simple to cook recipes with detailed descriptions. Look of your blog is also good, clutter free.

I would suggest adding more photos of the process, like ingredients / chopped vegetables in small cups that will help users understadn the exact quantity needed, photos off half - prepared dishes that will help readers understand the consistency after grinding or sauting, etc.

Adding more widgets (like linksing to other cooking blogs, or displaying images of your fav cookbooks etc) might make the blog more interesting.
