Looking for feedback on my blog related to technology-entrepreneurship

I have been blogging since last one year or so. Received some really good comments, started some nice discussions through. My post was published on pluggd.in as a guest post. I am an entrepreneur and always talk about things related to technology-entrepreneurship (note the hyphen, not a comma). Though a good review will help me understand shortcomings of the blog more accurately.
