I like the way you use pictures to pretty decent effect. Breaks the monotony of print, it does. Am thinkin of adopting that in my blog...........
Ok, this mite sound archaic - heck, its been 17 years (but who's counting?!! 
) since my engineering college days - but I think your using the phrase 'vomitted by Varun' doesn't do justice to the good work on your blog. My thots.

I like the quotes you've put up in your blog!
As for suggestions, I'd say maybe u shud choose some colour other than black for the background of ur blog. Other than that the articles are good, and I like the widgets in ur sidebar, especially the "Conference Room" one.
