Took a look at several posts in your blog. Liked the content.
Just one or two things to suggest:
1. It would be good if you added a 'categories' or 'labels' - since you have a good number of posts.
2. I see that you are writing in what some might call 'flow of consciousness' mode. Those who like that style will be drawn to your blog. Check with your close readers to see how it is working out for them.

@John - Thats certainly a nice blog. Good number of posts. Try to get the About Me on top. Also a Tag cloud would help. People will know what you write about most.
If you don;t already have analytics, please do. That will really help you assess your posts and know what kind of posts people come back for.
