I started blogging as a casual interest... but now i am keen to build up my blog profile and hence would like to have a review.

Wow - you have been blogging for six years!!! I could draw some inspiration from that...
Your recent posts do not do justice to your blog title - 'Thoughts and Reflections'. You have posted interesting bits by others, can you also add your own T and R on those? Your older posts do that, so I am sure you have enough ability to do so.
Will keep reading your blog for more.
