The second issue pertains to that of banning the Jallikattu- an age old tradition that is followed in the state of Tamil Nadu. So lets tie up a human being, fill his eyes up with chilly powder, poke him, prod him, bite at his legs get him raging mad, why not, because he has a mouth and he can shout that it pains, but a bull cannot express its pain, because the bull cannot speak.
