As a blogger point of view, you have a nice blog, well written and nice design. But there are no Category and Social media followers buttons to follow you or give likes. So please add as early as possible.
As a technical point of view, you should change from WordPress.com to Org. Also, On-page SEO is missing on each post. Until you perform this task, you may not expect traffic from Google or any other search engines.
