My blog features a collection of exotic recipes from around the world and those that are quintessentially homemade. It also experiments fusing Indian flavours in international cusine (like the most recent Tomato thokku-pickle pizza or Rasgulla Easter 'egg' in a Vermicelli bird's nest)
