I found the design/template chosen is neat and very perfect for your subject.

but I felt you have kept all the posts open, so visitor needs to scroll throuhgt the post to see whats next. My observation, just look into it if you can fix it. You may keep Title + Small description + Read more

I agree with Anand. The posts are too long. Maybe add a break while editing so viewers can click on the read more area to read the full post.
