I intend to make some money through Google AdSense, while sharing my knowledge/ thoughts with my blog readers. Please let me know, how I can achieve my goal.

On visiting your blog, I found that there can be some improvements to your blog design. So here are suggestions-
- post title heading should be lifted up on the screeen as much as possible.
- main content font size is a litte bit small to be easily read.
- Make space between things so they can be simple to understand.
- According to google, simplicity is one of the keys which controls bounce rates.
- your blog have too many social sharing options, in my view, 95% of shares are done by facebook so it is not necessary to put many options. according to my opinion 3-4 sharing options are enough.
- blog favicon is also not interesting, it should represent your blogging niche.
- One of the posts have size of 1.1 mb, of which 450kb is image size by compressing images you can decrease your page's size by 200kb.
- your main content length is small according to me, there should be maximum content and minimum other things in website.
- Design your page according to readers' convenience, you can tell your friends to find which part of the blog they ignore mostly and then remove that part.
