Wide out your blog width because it doesn't look nice when yiur pic spread out of the area ... Your content is great, i like to read it n u can also try to put different sections (pages) in blog for easy search too

You took the entire article from Mirror UK:

 http://poojaloveforfashion.blogspot.in/2015/05/hot-hair-colour-for-summers-2015.html

http://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/style/3am-fashion-celebrity-beauty/5-hot-hair-colours-dye-5680145

When you mention the source, the source usually is a reference of information- not a source to rip off the entire content and re-word them. Even the pictures are from the same source where the paragraph is taken from. This is not blogging. You need to research on your own and do it. Take your own pics, or buy pictures from websites like getty images or have a courtesy of linking the image source to the actual website. As far as the writing content is concerned, it brings a very bad name to the community base when people do this. If you cannot do it right, you shouldn't do it at all. Do you know what kind of thought process this reflects? This reflects that you think your readers are incompetent not to recognize content from other websites- or dumb enough to realize that. Its disrespectful. Its like a restaurant serving a deep frozen crap which is few days old and thinks that doing a deep fry of a dish and putting some garnish makes it a new one. Dont do that. If you cant do it right, you shouldn't do it at all.

Eh? what?????? This is not shouting. Typing in all caps is shouting. Being direct and to the point is not rude. You may want to read it a couple of times. Disrespecting readers by thinking that one can call it blogging by ripping off someone else's work is not an accident. It is disrespectful. Any writer of any kind will tell you that. Plagiarism especially in more than one article is never 'by accident'. If a blogger doesn't another blogger by stating the facts exactly the way it is, they will never learn. Website's reputation gets destroyed just like that. People don't get jobs when they apply for writing work and show their blog as their work. Google penalizes your search results and even shut down your Blogspot site when someone files a DMCA complaint. Some websites even highlight the plagiarists in their facebook page, and worse even send emails to companies that do work with a particular blogger. Prevention is better than cure. It's better to correct rather than regret, and people will need to be shown how serious this can be. even if it maybe a small site now, but if it picks or if one gets a writing job in the future with this reference, its going to hit hard.
