You have a really inspirational blog there, but it lacks creativity and professionalism. It seems dull, Try using different layout and different font while writing a blog. Try changing the layout to something that display all your post in one place so the audience doesn't have to scroll much to get to their desired posts! Avoid using inappropriate words because, contradictory to popular belief, It doesn't sound 'Cool', Instead it sounds real immature and not so professional like! Apart from that you have great content and with the above suggestions you can very well make it big!
