hey satyendra, floating google ads are a big no. that's the first thing i noticed on your blog.

The 468 x 60 ad in the header is also screwing up the design. You should work on better ad placements.

At the footer, you are yet to fill out the meet the author section. Either fill it up or remove it :)

You should also add more of social media proof on your blog and focus on getting engagement from the readers.
