Here's what I think:

Your menu is running into two lines. When I hover my mouse over the second item, "About", it covers part of the item in the second row (Writing Experience). You could perhaps combine "About" and "About Authors" into one item. This will help bring that Writing Experience piece into the first row.

Overall, I see a lot of repetition of content in menus and widgets. For example, First Writing Tips can easily be accommodated under Writing Tips. Your About Admin widget is doing exactly what About Cyril does. The Guest Bloggers widget does exactly what About Writers does. See what I mean?

Removing this unnecessary clutter will make the site easier for the user to navigate and understand.
