So check out the backlinks again and disavow unrelated old backlinks if there is any. You do have lots of backlinks. However I think that you should decrease the total link count in your homepage. You have a total of 21 external links + 91 internal links. Because of all these dofollow links, your PR flow is getting divided. Maybe that is the reason; your blog PR is low.
Use nofollow tag for header menus, featured image, read more buttons. In my opinion you should divert Google bot to your article header links only. Rest of the links should be nofollow. Contact me if you need help. Articles are well optimized.

Thanks Kushal for your kind review. Yeah you are right, I've bought an expired domain and it has some old backlinks which are not related with my niche. So I should disavow them and now I'm trying to do that.
