design blog which is related to Managemet concepts and remaining general topics on business so pleasue provide your valuable feedback.

HI Rajesh, just visited your blog, and these are some of my comments:
- Please add a tagline to your blog.
- Please adda a description about the blog, which makes people aware of what this blog is about. You will need a new page for that.
- You have 2 or 3 widgets on the right and I could not decipher what are those about- (2 MBAs, and then Enhancement of knowledge), please look into it once.
- Please add some description of yourself too.
- Please make sure titles start with a capital letter or maintain uniformity.
Do not get discouraged, some changes which will help you grow better. Good luck. :)
