Hey Rashmi,
Went through your blog.My two cents :
1. Its bubbly, full of effervescence and interactive,the content is a like a fresh breeze .Good good.
2.The header was half hidden and the posts that I read were reallly long .you have covered more than one topic in couple of posts that I read.an ideal post should have around 500 words max.using pointers where required would make posts more interesting and easily readable.
3.Too many widgets around.I got lost trying to find your archive section- I may be a dimwit coz it was right there on LHS side naviagation and I was looking all over:)
4.good luck with your every day post promise to yourself.I have been trying to do the same since last 4 years and have started doing it now,since past 4 days:)
