I reviewed your blog - marigoldhemlata.blogspot.in. I have following comments -

1. Your blog design - I liked it but it could be better. Suggest a tile design or a different format based on image of the dish. Since you have one image for each dish it is easy and beneficial for you to maintain design like that. 

2. Languages - I liked the concept of posting blogs in two different language, English and Hindi. If you know any other language you can add that. Great job here.

3. Widgets - Add more widgets and make the side bars exciting.

4. Blog Name  - Since the blog is about food please have a nice name that can relate to your blog subject. Currently it is not.

5. Menu - Have a nice menu that takes the visitor to the right selection of menu through shortcuts.

6. Engage your readers - Engage your readers. Since your is a food blog, you have great potential to engage your readers especially women. Take their feedback and share thoughts. Also post your comments on other blogs.

7. Be on blogging communites - exchange ideas. You ay find great ones from others.
