Looking for feedback on my blog

Hello There, 

I know I've not been so active on my blog past couple of years. I would love to get this blog reviewed by all of you. So that it motivates me to write more. 

It's not well drafted but you might feel myself putting the whole heart out there on blog. :) 

I'm yet to learn those writing styles and good thing is I will.
