Nice layout, very appropriate theme selection for your topic.
The only thing that you should actually change is your URL convention. URLs should be Search Engine Friendly. Currently they look like this http://annanta.com/?cat=3 which will impact your content's SEO. I am no SEO expert but thats what most SEO Experts say.

Hi Manish, thanks for your valuable feedback. you know?, i tried to changet Permalink Settings Defult to other option, but once i change it nothing is coming in that link.
Choose Custom Settings and select relevant Permalink structure tags from here http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks.This should do the trick.
It is better to think and choose this structure very carefully and early in your blogging career, otherwise interlinking of your articles gets impacted if done at a later date or if this is changed frequently.
