Niladri checked out your blog.  Many suggestions

1. Add a logo

2. remove the H2 What the tech is cooking ;) (Add it as a description in blogger settings)

3. Claim your site on Alexa

4. Add your site to Bing 

Your content is good so if you do the above you will definitely get visitors and  not need Sir Rajnikants blessings

Same as VP: Add a logo, make your site more beautiful (it is already good, make it better looking) and you can also use better HD pictures for your posts, the content is awesome, just needs some beautification ... may god bless my site with innumerous visitors :P

Reviewed your blog. I loved the look and you have excellent content as well. In fact everything looks great except the "What the tech is cooking" thing. (I can be wrong as well.) All in all, glad to add another tech blog to my blogroll. Good luck.
