Looking for feedback for my blog

The blog is based on the following premise:

Leadership is less a science and more an art that is honed over a period of time. The latest addition to our family gives me a chance to learn this art.

Our new born son gives me an opportunity, on a daily basis, to learn something new. The blog gives me an opportunity to share the lesson with the rest of the world (and in turn myself).

I would really appreciate it if you guys reviewed it and let me know what you thought of the blog itself, my writing style and the content.
